Mr. Faris Ibrahim is a subject matter expert in Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works, with extensive experience delivering high-profile construction projects across Malaysia. He holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Penang, a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Infrastructure University Kuala Lumpur (IUKL), and a Master’s in Project Management from Curtin University, Australia.

He has played a key role in delivering landmark projects including the TNB Main Headquarters New Campus and Balai Islam, Texas Instruments Semiconductor Factory and Parking Garage, EKVE Expressway, PLUS Highway Road Widening Expansion, and multiple high-rise condominium developments. His professional scope also includes active involvement in GBI, LEED, and QLASSIC initiatives, reflecting his commitment to sustainability, quality, and industry best practices.

Mr. Faris is deeply involved in project operations, leading the integration of construction technology solutions such as drones, 360° cameras, and EDMS (Electronic Document Management Systems) to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and delivery performance.

Mr. Jim Eng Tung is the Company Director of TO BINA SDN BHD and also serves as the Department Head of Construction at WZR Group of Companies, where he has been a key contributor since 2003. With a career spanning over 39 years in the construction industry, Mr. Jim brings a wealth of expertise backed by a solid academic foundation and practical experience.

He graduated from Tunku Abdul Rahman College in 1986, where he acquired the essential knowledge and technical skills that have guided his professional journey. His early career began at MCB Construction Sdn Bhd and continued at Suremax Group Berhad, where he held the position of Project Manager from 1986 to 2003. These roles laid the groundwork for his future leadership in the construction sector.

Specialising in a wide range of developments—including high-rise condominiums, commercial buildings (offices and shopping centres), schools, terrace housing, and infrastructure projects—Mr. Jim has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to quality, innovation, and timely project delivery. His achievements include early completion of coordination projects, multiple QLASSIC quality awards from CIDB, and recognition for excellence in project delivery. Notably, he played a pivotal role in the award-winning Semarak20 project in Kuala Lumpur, which received the PAM Gold Award for Mixed Development in 2024.
